Would ALL Patrons please take note of the following:
Proof of age will be required on ALL films if the cashier is in doubt of age. Failure to produce adequate proof will result in either full price admission or non-admission to the cinema. Vouching for, or Parents declaration is not acceptable, physical proof is needed. Accepted proof of age is a Birth Certificate, Passport, NUS/Student Card, Prove It Card or National Identity Card.
For any and all concessions, regardless of age or class, ALL valid unexpired NUS/Student Cards, OAP Bus Passes, Passports, Prove It Cards, Birth Certificates, NHS Cards, Armed Forces Cards, Blue Light Cards, etc. must be produced or, again, full price admission will be charged.
Trouble makers will be ejected from the cinema with NO refund given.
All persons two years and over must pay the advertised admission price.
As per the law, no person(s) under 15 or 18 will be admitted to 15 or 18 BBFC rated films. Proof of age may and will be required to see these adult rated films.
The Management reserve the right to refuse admission at all times.
When pre booking a discounted concession ticket on-line, proof of the discount/concession ticket will be required when the ticket(s) are collected from the Cinema Box Office, and the concessionary ticket is only valid for the named cardholder(s) only.
